Administration, quality, and training

Promoters of our courses
We provide your personal details and details of your course attendance and progress to promoters of our courses (if applicable), but only so can identify who has participated in or completed a course and send you surveys about the course. We share your personal data in our legitimate interests for these purposes.
We will provide you with details of the promoter and how to contact them when you enrol in the relevant course.
Third party service providers
To help us provide our solutions and services, the personal data described above is disclosed third parties who provide services to us, including:
- information technology and information services providers;
- other third-party service providers; and
- professional and other third-party advisers.
These third parties can only use the personal data to provide their services to us or to support our delivery of our services to you. They must follow our instructions and they are not permitted to sell or share your personal information.

Performing our contract with you
When providing our services or courses to you, we use your personal data as described above because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide the service or course.

Our use of your personal data is in all other cases necessary in our legitimate interest for the conduct and management of our business (for the purposes described above) and enforcing our legal rights.
We may ask for your consent to send you information and materials about our services, courses, and products. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
